NCPA Executive Director Ramogi Huma explains that athletes lack basic academic, physical, and financial protections because they lack leverage.

NCPA Executive Director Ramogi Huma statement in interview with PBS:

"We have a system right now in NCAA sports, where there is about $1 billion of revenue coming in every year from recent TV deals. So many of these issues are serious issues, and the NCAA is doing nothing, and it’s failing its players."
