- April 21, 2009 District 7 Director, Jim Robinson Jim Robinson joined Local 1010 in 1971 when he hired in at Inland Steel in East Chicago, Indiana. While working in the Basic Oxygen Furnace Department he was elected Safety Committeeman in 1973, and then served as Grievance Committeeman from 1976 to 1988.
